Groove made a recording but the 'Aertsculpture' set didn't come out. They should have the final jam.

Comments

This was not a normal Airsculpture concert in any way. We decided we'd go along to the launch concert for the "Truth or Dare" CD, just for the craic, but the Groove guys insisted that if we were there, we'd have to play. This was an alien concept, as we'd have to play along to a backing tape and wouldn't be able to bring along the usual arsenal of gear.

In the end we jumped about a Eurostar with just John's battery powered MC202 stuffed in a rucksack. On the day we just used the keyboards that were there to improvise some extra layers over the backing that Kees Aerts had prepared (he was expecting to play the collaboration solo). We stayed on stage for the finale, joining in with various funny noises and percussion. Much to Detlef Keller's shock, Adrian started tweaking knobs on the MS20 which he was playing. In the end the two were happily collaborating on live patch creation.

Quite unlike anything we've done before or since.

Overall Fun!
